Welcome to our home! We recently purchased this home in January 2020, but have enjoyed Chimney Hill with our family and friends for the past 25 years. Our 4 season home is located mid mountain “on the hill”, on a peaceful forested 1 acre lot with easy access to the paved main road and a nice level driveway for snowy days. It’s an easy walk to the stocked fishing pond and tennis courts, and a 3 minute drive to the clubhouse. We are 12 minutes to Mount Snow, 5 minutes to the quaint main street in downtown Wilmington, a short drive to nearby lake Whitingham, and many beautiful hiking trails.
Our 3 bedroom (1 on the main floor, 2 upstairs), 2 full bath home has a completely renovated interior, all freshly painted, new laminate floors, updated baths, new mattresses, quilts, blankets, pillows and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The outside deck has all weather wicker chairs, bistro table and patio umbrella and a Weber propane grill. The living room has a pull out queen size sofa bed for additional guests, a propane flame stove for heat and ambiance, a TV with cable internet and a Playstation 4. We have coolers, picnic basket, pool toys, fishing poles, tennis rackets, and camp chairs for your outing adventures.
All Chimney Hill Amenities are included: indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, game room, media room, snowmobiling trails, ice skating, tennis courts, golf course, fish pond, hiking trails etc.

All rentals through Chimney Hill Rental Management include use and access to all of the Chimney Hill amenities. This includes use of the Chimney Hill Clubhouse. At the Clubhouse, you will find: a fitness room, arcade games, ping pong table, pool table, theater, sitting/reading rooms, BYO Bar, summer BBQ, horseshoe court, kids play area, indoor hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor pool, lighted tennis court, lighted basket ball court, bocce court, and volleyball court. Other amenities include a fishing pond, picnic areas, more tennis courts, skating rink and warming hut, VAST snowmobile trails, and hiking trails.
