Chimney Hill is a 1,200 acre single family owners association in the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont, minutes from Mount Snow, Haystack Mountain, world class golf, lakes and historic downtown Wilmington Vermont. Onsite amenities include four tennis courts, pickleball court, outdoor skating rink, hiking and snowmobile trails (part of the VAST system), and fishing pond. Our recently updated Clubhouse includes indoor and outdoor pools, deck, patio areas and BBQ areas, hot tub, fitness room, shower and changing facilities, arcade room, kitchen and bar area, kids playroom, outdoor play area and theater room. Chimney Hill is managed by a professional full time staff and also offers full service real estate and rental programs. Clubhouse Hours

Fall Hours, effective September 6, 2022 - Monday - Wednesday closed, Thursday  10 AM - 8 PM, Friday 10 AM - 10 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 10 PM, Sunday 9 AM - 7 PM

Holiday weekend hours: Oct. 6 10 AM - 8 PM, Oct. 7 & 8 9 AM - 10 PM, Oct. 9 10 AM - 9 PM, Oct. 10 10 AM - 7 PM

Please Note: Indoor & outdoor pool areas, hot tub and fitness room close ½ hour before the posted closing time.

The Clubhouse is for owners and guests only. Facilities at the Clubhouse include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room, great room with a projection TV and surround sound, game room with pool table, various video games, kitchen, living room/reading room, piano, BBQ area, children’s playground. BYOB. DVD and VCR library.
