A Chimney Hill rental home is just a short drive to all the area has to offer or, if you prefer not to venture out, plenty to do right on site. You can hike in the Green Mountains (trail head access on site) or our own trail system, play tennis, fish in our stocked pond, play horseshoes or bocce, sit by our indoor or outdoor pools, take a hot tub, or just sit on your private home's deck and enjoy the peace and quiet of Vermont. Kids will love the Clubhouse with game room, outdoor and indoor play areas.

Many families who join us for the weekend, week or month return year after year and for many it has become their traditional summer vacation destination – make it yours today.

Chimney Hill Rental Homes are Privately Owned Properties: Each rental home is furnished and decorated solely by each individual owner personally. We cannot make changes to furnishing or appliances.

NOTE*** Amenities in the homes are subject to change without notice or compensation.

All homes are fully equipped except for sheets, pillowcases, towels etc.

Capacity of Accommodations: Properties are limited to the occupancy stated.

Short Term Rental Cancellation Policy
Deposits and full payments are refundable, if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival; less a 10% handling charge. Less than 30 days notice may result in forfeiture of rental amount (taxes, security deposits and service charges will not be withheld) if the home cannot be rented for the same time period as the cancellation. Forfeited funds may be reapplied to another stay (same home) within the given season as the cancellation (in the same year).
