The house is about a 15 minute drive to Mount Snow (Carinthia base area) and from house 19 minutes
to main base lodge area.
Direct access to the VAST snowmobile trail system from the house (ride right out of the driveway onto
trail system)
Walkable distance to the clubhouse

For hiking the trailhead to the Haystack Mountain trail to summit is walking distance from the house.
The Chimney Hill trail and Valley trail are also nearby.
The Harriman Reservoir is about 3 miles from the house for motor boating, water skiing and tubing,
PWC’s, sailing, canoeing and kayaking, picnicking and swimming. Boat/water toy rentals are available at
the reservoir.
Minutes to downtown Wilmington and Dover for shopping and dining out
