The 9th Annual Winter Farmers’ Market

Calling all Fishermen! A really fun event is the Town's Fishing Derby, sponsored by the local Volunteer Fire Department. Prizes are awarded in several categories. Torchlight Parade & Fireworks

Join us as our Mount Snow Ski & Snowboard School instructors will descend the Canyon ski trail in a beautiful torchlight glow. Immediately following we’ll light up the sky with a huge fireworks display. The festivities kick off at 5:30pm. Kids 12 and under Grommet Jam #2

#2 of 3 Grommet Jam events for our 12 and under skiers and riders. This event series is a great way for kids to get out and learn a few things from our coaches and ski school instructors.
Coaches and instructors from our Training Center and Ski & Snowboard School will help out our little jibbers in our Grommet park at Carinthia in the morning and after a lunch break (not included) we'll have a fun park competition with an awards ceremony to immediately follow. Registration for this popular event is 70 youngsters so be sure to reserve a spot by pre-registering online. Prizes and raffle for participants immediately following the competition at the Carinthia Base Lodge. www.mtsnow.com

Cloud Nine Nuptials

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Mount Snow in the most romantic way possible: renew your vows or get married on the mountain at the top of Cloud Nine!
We would like to have everyone meet at 10 am at the bottom of the Sunbrook Lift, which will serve as the wedding procession to the top for the ceremony. Our Justice of the Peace will then proceed with the ceremony once all couples are in place. When the ceremony is completed we will take a group run down Cloud Nine, take the lift back to the summit, and conclude our morning with complimentary cake, hot chocolate, and coffee at the Bullwheel located on the second floor of the Summit Lodge.
If you would like to get married legally, you will just need to provide the Justice of the Peace with the proper paperwork for her to sign and make the matrimony official.
Everyone needs a valid lift ticket and should be able to ski intermediate terrain. To help you get there, we will be offering a Valentine’s special 2 tickets for $49, but quantities will be limited and you must buy by February 12 (tickets will be available soon) .

Red Bull All Snow

Inspired by concrete skate parks and hand-dug halfpipes, this series will challenge competitors to throw down various tricks on snow only features focusing on flow and rhythm. No rails, no boxes, no wall rides… only snow features. From doubles, step ups, hand dug transitions, table tops, hips, and berms, this unique course is sure to challenge skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. Jack Jump World Championships

The Jack Jump World Championships return to Mount Snow again this March! A combination of homemade Jack Jump design ingenuity and user skill will factor into determining who can make it down our dual paneled slalom Charlie's Chase course with the best combined time. After the race join us at Walt's Pub in Snow Lake Lodge for an after party complete with awards and a bib raffle for all competitors.

Carinthia Freeski Open

Our annual AFP certified event is back to its roots as a freeskiing slopestyle competition that since its inception has seen some of the biggest names in the sport on the podium. This season's version is going to be no different with a cash purse up for grabs for the pros and tons of gear for winners in the amateur division. Carinthia's acclaimed terrain park builders go all out for this competition so athletes and spectators alike can expect one of the biggest slopestyle courses in the land. The C.O.M.P.

Carinthia Open Mega Plaza. This is the third year for what we are expecting to grow into the biggest snowboard competition on the East Coast. Carinthia's acclaimed park builders are going to construct a one-of-a-kind, plaza-style setup that will be loaded with rails, boxes and a whole arsenal of unique features found nowhere else but here. Athletes will need to choose their line carefully so they can go big, get technical and flex their style to walk away with a piece of the cash purse for pros or gear from event sponsors for the ams in this jam-style format competition. The plaza will be located near the base area of Carinthia which is easily accessible to spectators, so come up and check out the C.O.M.P. and years from now you'll be telling your friends you saw it first. www.mtsnow.com

Have you wanted to try out that sick new trick but just been too hesitant to try it on snow? Then the airbag is for you. Designed to give you a soft landing no matter what, the airbag is a great way for park riders to step their game up a notch by giving you the ability to push yourself with the forgiveness to screw up the landing! $15 - 3 jumps, $20 - 5 jumps, $30 - unlimited jumps for the day
Helmets and a valid lift ticket are required. Everyone is required to sign a waiver. If you are under the age of 18, you MUST have a parent/guardian sign your waiver. If your parent won't be with you, please print the waiver and have them sign it at home. You then need to sign the waiver at the ticket window at time of purchase. www.mtsnow.com

Bud Light Duct Tape Derby

A Mount Snow Signature Event! The Duct Tape Derby has grown into one of the funnest and most unique competitions you'll ever witness (or be involved in). Build a craft of only Cardboard, Duct Tape, Zip Ties and Paint. That's it!
To register please email ducttape@mountsnow.com by 8pm on Friday, March 27th, with sled name and theme, and the names of the individuals on the team.
Sleds need to be in the "pit" area at the top of the tubing hill by 10:30am on Sunday morning. Judging will begin at 11am and racing will begin at noon.
Awards will be given out for:
1) Best Slider
2) Most creative
3) Best Kids Only Sled
4) Judges Choice

Our legendary brewer's festival series continues with our 7th Annual Winter Brewers Festival from 12 pm - 5 pm in the Main Base Area. A one-day celebration of springtime, beer and live music.

Golden Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Bunny has been visiting Mount Snow for decades and every year he hides hundreds of colored eggs in and amongst the trails. And he hides one very special golden egg. If you find the golden egg, you will win a 2015-2016 season pass! Sometimes the egg can be hard to find so if you need a little help, clues will be available on the hour starting at 10 am on the electronic sign boards, and in Guest Services at the Clocktower. They will also be shared through our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Please note that staff and dependents are welcome to search for the colored eggs but are not eligible for the grand prize, Golden Egg. www.mtsnow.com
Bud Light Glade-iator

The Glade-iator competition is a mogul skiing contest on the soft bumps of the legendary Ripcord, one of the steepest trails in the east! Competitors will show off their bump and jump skills and will be judged on a combination of time, form, line, and aerial maneuvers off one of our two jumps (option of small or large). This is also one of the best spectator events of the year, complete with sun, snow and a cash BBQ & Bud Light bar. Ripcord will be closed to the public, so the best way to get there is to take River Run from the top of the Canyon Express lift. www.mtsnow.com
Tough Mudder

Probably the toughest event on the planet, Tough Mudder returns to Mount Snow for the fifth straight year.
