A few service notes:
Rubbish service will include once per week (Mondays) removal.
Plowing program rates include one time loader work if necessary. Additional loader work can be requested but will be billed at a rate of $ 85.00 per hour.
Chimney Hill reserves the right to deny plowing services to owners whose driveways are in poor condition.
Services are time sensitive and are not pro-rated; services will not begin until payment is received. Winter Plowing services must be paid by Winter Service start date (November 1). After this date a $50.00 service charge will be required no exceptions.
Your prompt payment of services will assure uninterrupted service.
