A few service notes:
?????????? Rubbish service will include once per week (Mondays) removal.
?????????? Plowing program rates include one time loader work if necessary.? Additional loader work can be requested but will be billed at a rate of $ 85.00 per hour.
?????????? Chimney Hill reserves the right to deny plowing services to owners whose driveways are in poor condition.
????? Services are time sensitive and are not pro-rated; services will not begin until payment is received.? Winter Plowing services must be paid by Winter Service start date (November 1).? After this date a $50.00 service charge will be required ? no exceptions.
